Filter Projects:
Full-Stack Voting and Tip Web-App for the Eurovision Song Contest Final 2024. The user can vote for his favourite song, predict the ranking for the final and get points for correct rankings. One can also see the votes and bets of friends. The app has a login-, registration- and rest-password-function. It is built with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Layout in Figma, styling with SASS.
"API Project, created in React, that fetches meteorology data from Open-Meteo and presents it in dynamic line- and barcharts together with highlighted measurement values. The user interface was designed in Figma and coded with SASS. It is fully responsive. On desktop view, the user can toggle a wider view of the charts to get better insight.
"3 Little Birbs" was my final project for my Full Stack class at codingschule.de. It is built as a full-stack, single-page web application. The idea was to build a wholesome social media app where you can write down three good things that happened to you today and send them, guided by a postpigeon, to one of your friends or out into the wild to a stranger.
A personal website for the researcher and oceanographer Miriam Sterl. The website is built with Docusaurus, React, and Node.js. The design was created in Figma, and the layout was built with SASS. The website is fully responsive and also has a blog section where Miriam can post her latest research and findings using Markdown.
Gimme5 was a social media app project for Codingschule.de. I built it together with my colleague Kathrin as a full-stack, single-page web application. The idea was to build a platform where you can share your five favourite things with the world. The app has a login and registration system, a feed where you can see all the posts of the users you follow, a profile page where you can see all your own posts and edit your profile, and a like and comment system.

Website for Fitness-, Pilates Coach, and Freediving Instructor Susi Roth. It gives a nice overview of all her services. The website is built with React and Node.js. The design was created in Figma, and the layout was built with SASS.
Website for the emotional reflection and mindfulness company "Magic & Nonsense". The site has a Google API calendar/schedule system so that the owners can easily change events themselves. I built the site in React, the design was created in Figma and coded with SASS. (Horse Picture by Freepik.com)
A Live On-Air Quiz Interface for the Morning Show "Opstaan met Daan" on Radio Texel. The host can easily navigate through the rounds and questions. He can see the correct answer and trigger a live sound effect if the answer is correct or wrong. The host can also see the current score of the contestant. The app is built with React and Node.js. The layout was built with SASS.
A To-Do Web-App in Sticky Notes Style, which I created in React. The note data is stored in MongoDB. They can be posted, edited, and deleted there. I styled it using React's 'Styled Components' and CSS.
A personal website for researcher and ocean scientist Lucia Kranawetter. The website is built in React, using Locomotive Scroll. The website is fully responsive.
That was a frontend mentor challenge that I participated in. The task was to implement a Figma design sheet into code. I chose React and turned the page into a single-page application. I styled the components using Styled Components and CSS. The texts and images are loaded on demand from separate JSON files.
A Pokédex that I built using the PokéAPI. You can send a request to the API via the input field, in this case the Pokédex number, and the API returns the name of the Pokémon, an image, a short description, and the type and displays them.
